Sika offers a wide range of ultra high-performance cementitious products for the maintenance, repair, and strengthening of offshore subsea infrastructure, including tubular jacket foundation structures.

These products are characterized by extremely high compressive strength and stiffness, ensuring effective load transfer in tubular member and joint infill applications, as well as in the annuli of structural steel clamps used subsea to reinforce tubular joints. Sika offers some of the world’s strongest grout materials, with compressive strengths approaching 200 MPa — setting a benchmark for performance in structural grouted connections.

Despite their high mechanical performance, the rheological profile of these products enables them to be pumped and placed over several hundred meters through 2- and 3-inch hoses, making them ideal for subsea applications. The products have been successfully deployed beyond 100 meters of water depth.

Sika also provides technical advisory services using Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) and Structural Finite Element Modelling (FEM) to support the deployment and application of our products. This allows us to help design maintenance, repair, or strengthening solutions tailored to your project needs.
